Second batch of iLog Software successfully implemented at Irkut Corporation, Russia.

During March 2006 LBS technical representatives visited Moscow to install the latest iLog2 software which included new capabilities for production and delivery of e-Learning content. The Learning Content Management System (LCMS) which is a new component of the world leading iLog.acquirED S1000D Electronic Documentation solution and the web served Learning Management System (LMS) were successfully commissioned in Moscow. iLog users from various locations in Russia were trained on the new capabilities which integrate the SCORM and S1000D processes providing even greater reuse of data. The Russian delegates were delighted with the strengthened and ever widening integration features across the ILS processes.

Commenting on the implementation, Miles Robinson LBS' Commercial Director said "With this latest upgrade, Irkut Corporation can create, assemble, manage and deploy SCORM compliant e-learning packages directly from the CSDB. Additionally, with the CSDB repository at its core, common assets can be re-used between technical publications and training deliverables shortening development lead-times and reducing content production costs."

This upgrade further enhances the initial delivery of the iLog suite of tools to IRKUT Corporation as part of the ?1 Million contract signed in August 2005 which includes ongoing support and maintenance for 5 years.

The complete iLog suite now installed with IRKUT includes the following integrated modules:

iLog.eagle - Logistics Support Analysis application supporting Mil-Std 1388 and Def Stan 00-60
iLog.aspect - Illustrated Parts Catalogue (IPC) and Spares Provisioning application supporting S2000M
iLog.planet - Complete Lifecycle Cost Modelling application for Aerospace & Defence
iLog.acquirED - Complete S1000D Publishing Solution and Common Source Database (CSDB)
iLog.matrix - S1000D Interactive Electronic Technical Publications (IETP)

Strek,
