Pegasus has announced further details regarding its partnership with Kyrgyz carrier Air Manas (ZM, Bishkek Manas (FRU)). Pegasus now owns 49% in Air Manas and operates operate scheduled flights in cooperation with Air Manas under the Pegasus Asia (ZM, Bishkek Manas (FRU)) brand on a daily basis between Sabiha Gökcen and Bishkek since March 12 already as previously reported by ch-aviation. Pegasus now operates B737-800 TC-AVP (MSN 38175) on a wet-lease basis for Air Manas/Pegasus Asia on the daily service and hopes to launch new routes from Bishkek to China, Kazakhstan and Russia at a later stage.

Ранним утром 22 марта в малом терминале «Манас-2» состоялась торжественная презентация нового авиарейса. Теперь перелеты в Стамбул будут осуществляться кыргызской авиакомпанией «Air Manas» под торговой маркой «Pegasus Asia» на ежедневной основе.

Transaero Airlines (UN, Moscow Domodedovo International (DME)) will take delivery of 12 new B737-800s between 2015 and 2016 as part of a lease deal with Russia's largest bank, Sberbank. Speaking in Washington, D.C. at the signing ceremony with Boeing (BOE, Chicago O'Hare International (ORD)), Sberbank CEO, Herman Gref, said that the Transaero deal was only the first step in a much larger plan which will ultimately see the purchase of 100 aircraft, mostly 737s, over the next ten years. Graf said the next order would likely to be for 30-50 aircraft with Sberbank currently holding talks with Russian airlines such as Aeroflot (SU, Moscow Sheremetyevo International (SVO)) and "several others" regarding possible lease-deals. For its part, Boeing projects demand for "1,000 commercial aircraft in Russia over the next 20 years." Transaero currently already operates 11 second hand B737-800s and is about to add two more ex-Air Europa (UX, Palma de Mallorca Son Sant Joan (PMI)) and Luxair (LG, Luxembourg Findel International (LUX)) aircraft shortly.

АТО: Несмотря на законодательные сложности вы все-таки работаете на рынке. Как сейчас развивается контракт на 50 Boeing 737NG, которые вы должны поставить "Аэрофлоту"?

Р. П.: Мы поставим "Аэрофлоту" три самолета Boeing 737-800 в этом году, первое ВС будет передано в сентябре, еще два — в ноябре и декабре. По моим данным, они должны пойти в основной парк перевозчика. Boeing 737-800 уже сконфигурирован, 737-900 — пока нет.
