Yakovlev Flights In Kazakhstan

Hi all,

in March i will go to Kazkhstan and found an information about Yakovlev 40 fligts from Astana to Taldykorgan operating by Zhetysu Airline. According to website of Astana Airport it seems that flights are still in operation but I can't find any further information about buying tickets.

Does anyone here knows anything?
