Transaero new route permits, looking to launch Johannesburg

During the month of October, Transaero Airlines has applied for several new routes, and received government approval for the below flights.
To China
Yekaterinburg - Sanya, 1 weekly
To South-Africa
Moscow - Johannesburg, 1 weekly
To Cyprus
Kazan - Larnaca, 7 weekly
Krasnodar - Larnaca, 7 weekly
Krasnoyarsk - Larnaca, 7 weekly
Ufa - Larnaca, 7 weekly
Rostov-na-Donu - Larnaca, 7 weekly
Novosibirsk - Larnaca, 7 weekly
To Vietnam
Moscow - Ho Chi Minh - The permitted frequency has been increased from 2 to 4 weekly.
The following route applications by Transaero were refused:
