Всё равно он в реестре государственой авиации, несмотрая не префикс RA.
По всей видимости, речь о переданных ТАНТК двух первых опытных машинах. Не помните, в то время они были зарегистрированы как RA-ХХХХХ? Сейчас то RF-ХХХХХ
