По Е190 я FCOM не видел, но воспользуемся цифрами Vala с прошлого года.

Вот с www.airliners.net/aviation-forums на тему ERJ-190
As an example, the last time I flew MCI-LAX, the flight was 3:05 takeoff to touchdown, and we burned about 14000lbs. An average of roughly 4500 pph. That is cruising at .78m.
To add: Typical cruising burns are anywhere from 1900 - 2500 per side depending on speed, altitude and weight.

I pulled a few of today's flight plans for your information. Fuel burn is from take off to landing.
SFO-YVR / 750 nm / 1:59 / 3610 Kgs
YYZ-YMM / 1456 nm / 3:48 / 7710 Kgs
YYZ-YUL / 319 nm / 0:49 / 1610 Kgs

Here are some sample E190 fuel burn numbers I pulled from the flight planning computer this evening. As this is a holiday weekend, all flights are full or within a few seats of being full.
E190 93 seats 9J 84Y
YYZ-SEA 9900Kgs 4:44 1823nm
YLW-YYZ 7730Kgs 3:36 1743nm
SAN-YVR 5980Kgs 2:52 1118nm
YVR-YYC 2090Kgs 0:56 401nm
YYZ-LGA 2020Kgs 0:58 367nm
This is not a scientific comparison, but it will give you an idea. The time shown is takeoff to landing, the fuel burn is flight plus taxi, not including reserve and alternate, and the distance is flight planned distance, not great circle.
